How quotes and charges work
Drivers submit prices for the move details you provide, so you can review the full amount before choosing.
Published starting rate
Small Van work starts from £15/hour. The booking estimate uses a minimum two-hour job duration; each driver's accepted quote shows the applicable minimum charge.
Loading help
Choose whether you will help the driver or need additional helpers. The labour included depends on the crew option and driver quote you accept.
What can change the total
Van size, duration, mileage beyond the included first five miles, stairs, helpers, urgent or weekend timing and the London Congestion Charge can affect a quote. Disclose parking or permit costs before accepting.
Price changes
Compare the complete driver quotes before booking. If the job details later change, any revised price must be proposed and agreed rather than added without notice.
